We are located in Central Illinois, a prime location to offer hosting services to organizations in Chicago, Saint Louis, and Indianapolis as well as the rest of the country. Our two data centers are in Champaign and Rantoul, geographically separated by 30 miles.
Do you have a secondary data center for redundancy in case of emergency?
Yes, we have two data centers, geographically separated by 30 miles. Our secondary facility is used to provide redundancy and disaster recovery services.
Do you have certifications in the datacenter domain?
We are HIPAA and GDPR compliant as well as undergoing an annual SSAE-16 SOC 2 audit. Our audit reports are available to customers upon request.

How secure are your facilities?
All of our data centers are equipped with a full suite of security measures including: cameras, alarm systems, 24/7 monitoring, and user authentication for physical access.
What technology specific solutions do you support?
We offer support for Veeam Cloud-based Disaster Recovery as well as VMWare Site Recovery Manager.
Can you provide off-site backups?
Yes, we can provide or host a mirrored environment or data redundancy solution in one of our geographically separate data centers. We can also act as your off-site recovery solution for your on-premise infrastructure.
What if there is a natural disaster near the data center?
Our primary data centers was built inside of a decommissioned military bases designed to endure extreme scenarios. We have installed fully redundant infrastructure including power, cooling, and connectivity. Each data center is connected via a private fiber network so that cross-site data backups can be performed regularly and quickly.
What if I have very specific needs and require a custom DR solution?
No problem. Just contact our sales staff and we will work with you to develop a disaster recovery solution that fits your technical and business requirements.
What if I have an issue with my hardware and need help?
Each of our service plans includes free remote hands service for simple issues such as power resets. Our expert support staff can also assist with more advanced issues and hardware diagnosis as part of our optional smart hands service.
What types of hardware can you host?
We offer hosting for all types of server equipment, including conventional servers, networking switches, firewalls, UPSs, SANs, crypto miners and custom gear.
Do I need to bring my own power cords, ethernet cable etc?
We can help provide cabling as needed.
Can I ship my servers to you?
Yes, you can ship us the hardware by a courier service such as UPS, FedEX or DHL. Once delivered to our facility, we will install it to your specifications and provide you with a diagram.
Do you provide an uptime guarantee?
We provide you a 99.99% network uptime guarantee.
Do you provide redundant connectivity?
Yes, our facilities are fully redundant, have multiple ISPs, and are supported by private fiber line and radio link backups between our two primary data centers.
Who are your peering providers?
We connect with multiple telecom carriers in our facility such as Sprint, AT&T, Comcast, Hurricane Electric and can provide blended bandwidth.
How much bandwidth can I ask for?
Typically, our clients are provided with 1 Tb of monthly data transfer on a connection that is burstable up to 1 Gbps. Clients with specific connectivity needs beyond this can be accommodated as well.
Are there any hidden fees?
There are absolutely no hidden fees. Our support staff will provide you with a detailed proposal that outlines your exact costs with no surprises.
What is the term length for a hosting agreement?
A typical service agreement has a term length between 1 and 3 years, longer and shorter agreements are available based on client needs.
Do you offer other types of server hosting besides colocation?
